Our team includes experienced claims handlers and compliance officers who assess each case individually. We do not take on cases we do not believe have an arguable basis, and we do not make promises we cannot keep.

We work on a no win, no fee basis. Our fee of 15–25% plus VAT is only charged on money you actually receive back.
You do not need to use us
You have the right to complain directly to the financial firm at no cost, and to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free if you are unhappy with their response. Using a claims management company does not affect the outcome of your complaint, and the Ombudsman will not treat your case differently because you are represented. We will always explain this to you before you sign anything.
